Mechanical engineering technologists provide technical support and services in mechanical engineering field such as the design, development, maintenance and testing of machines; components, tools, heating and ventilating systems; power generation and power conversion plants, manufacturing plants and equipment. They are employed by consulting and engineering firms, manufacturing and processing companies, educational institutions and many other sectors.

The main objective of this 
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is to train working adults to be competent in their respective fields of engineering and to upgrade their knowledge and skills.
