Management is the art and science of planning, coordinating and leading group efforts; the mobilising of human and material resources to achieve organisational goals. Managerial skills include the ability to make sound judgments on all issues that arise within a business, and to achieve objectives through organisational skills.
The Management major combines many subject areas to develop your theoretical and practical understanding of the complexities of management. You will develop skills in decision-making; conflict resolution; administration and communication.

Programme Duration:
The accelerated schedule allows a typical 4-year programme to be completed within 3 years (for O-Levels) or 2 years (A-Levels or Polytechnic).
Options are available for those who wish to transfer to and complete their studies in Australia.
Students who intend to complete their Bachelor of Commerce in Australia will be required to pay tuition fees applicable on-campus at the time of commencement at the University.
Programme Structure:
The programme is specially designed with the objective of giving students with GCE O-Levels or equivalent a head start to an undergraduate degree programme. It is jointly taught by both University of Wollongong faculty and local lecturers.
Year 1 consists of PSB Academy's bridging components which are meant to prepare students for further undergraduate work. Year 2 and 3 represent an accelerated programme which allows a typical 3-year degree to be completed in 2 years.
